"Renee sold our house in Denver (Westminster, CO) in September 2019. When we hired her - my husband’s choice, I was hesitant because I did not see that she had sold homes in our subdivision and I ‘thought’ I needed someone to list our home that was familiar with our area and a ‘specialist’ in our area. I believed, of course, that our area was unique and special and all that should be understood about our area could only be from a specialist and they could sell our home best. Renee proved to me that she was a specialist in what she did, and serving in her business, and serving her customer with her best - and THIS is why she sold our house. She came ‘to the table’ prepared, educated, well knowing and understanding all that she needed to know to sell our home. She sold houses before! That was enough - or was it? It was for Renee - because she knew what she was doing and she knew she had to know her job to do it well and she did. I couldn’t be more pleased with her job as our realtor. She was knowledgeable, had complete understanding of our area, comps, and market for our townhome. She was ready and I couldn’t ask for more. "We had a great experience working with Renee. She carefully listened to the type of home we wanted, and sent us daily updates in her online system. This was very useful, allowing us to make comments on listings, save properties as favorites, or delete. Her communication style is clear, timely, and tailored to our schedules (email vs phone depending on the time of day). She quickly showed us properties we were interested in, and once we were ready to make an offer, she worked quickly to submit it to the seller. We ended up having to work with a very difficult and non-responsive seller/agent, and even when we were all frustrated, Renee remained persistent and professional in her varied and many attempts to get a response from the seller.
